(11:27) Oatmeal; First of all, it's a grain, so you wanna be thinking about it as a grain. What happens with grains when they get digested? They get metabolized and they raise blood sugar. Any kind of grain is going to raise your blood sugar. There is fiber in oatmeal, but there are a lot of carbs that are going to raise your blood sugar and cause pancreatic stress.
(37:17) If I have any advice, it's to check the labels on everything you eat and even better try to eat mostly food that doesn't have a food label.
