They're planning exactly what to provide for us when we're hungry and we're tired and we haven't done any planning of our own.



(13:20) The most important thing that you can do if you want to be a healthy, vibrant person is to take some of that power back. Don't let them do the planning for you. You do the planning for you. So pretend you're a food marketer for yourself. So think about how your life goes. If you had your best interest at heart, and you wanted a delicious meal that was ready to go, what would you create for yourself? I think the more you can put all of this on autopilot, the better.
